Crazy Easy Transaction
We had been shopping for a reliable cash car for our teen for weeks with no luck. We were becoming convinced a low mileage car in great condition within our price range just didn't exist. Until we found our unicorn listing with Seth! The car checked all the boxes for us and our teen and while there was a slight issue; Seth had repaired before we picked it up. Crazy easy transaction, easy paper work, great guy. We will be back when our other teens turn 16 to shop with Texas Prime Auto. So nice to do business confidently with a nice, honest guy trying to make a living instead of a big box dealer or shady mafia type. The world needs more Seths.
Patient and Kind
Seth made buying a car for my college kid so much easier. I know I got on his nerves but I was so freaking nervous because it was my first time buying a used car and buying from a LLC. Seth was patient and kind. He never pressured us and worked with me. He answered all of my millions of questions. My daughter attends college in San Antonio so I had to find a reliable car that would get her back and forth to college, home, and work. Thank you Seth for EVERYTHING!
Outstanding Customer Service
It's an awful time to try and buy a reasonably priced, used car for a teenager, but Seth made everything so much easier. His no fuss, no hassle, no pressure approach was just what we needed. He took the time to answer all our questions, fixed the concern we had with the test drive, and was so kind and helpful when we called a few days later with another question. His customer service is outstanding. My daughter loves her "new" used car and we feel like we got a good deal with a reputable seller. I would not hesitate to purchase from him again.
